Humanity is at a turning point. The old patterns of fear, division, and control no longer serve, yet a new way of being has not fully taken root.

Sit By My Fire and Have Some Soup offers a path forward through a simple but profound realization: all is One.

Blending spiritual insight, philosophical rigor, practical psychology, and meditative inspiration, Michael Santos explores the illusion of separation and the peace that emerges when one sees through it. Each chapter invites you to shift your perception, meet life with greater compassion, and embody a deeper coherence in your relationships with yourself, others, and reality.

Rooted in mysticism and accessible spiritual practice, this is a guide for those seeking inner peace, unity, and a more conscious way of living.

Come sit by the fire. There is a place for you here.
